In February, 1900, the members of the Hastings Women�s Club met to celebrate the �End of a Century.� Ten came dressed in the fashion popular in one of the century�s decades. Pictured above from left to right are:

Copy of the agreement between the Women's Club and the Board of Education in Hastings to place the Women's Club book collection in the new high school for both school and public use. Unfortunately the original signed agreement cannot be located.
